Custom Photo Magnets
Each magnet we make is custom-pressed to order, created just for you. Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or refunds unless you’re not completely satisfied with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us right away — we’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Our Commitment
At The Memory Mill Studio, every magnet is crafted by hand on Florida’s Treasure Coast. We want every customer to love their order, and we’ll always do our best to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Our Guarantee Covers:
• The product matches the image or artwork you submitted.
• The correct item and quantity were shipped.
• The product arrives in good condition and within reasonable timeframes.

Our Policy Does Not Cover:
• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address entry.
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
• Uploads of low-resolution, blurry, or cropped images that impact print quality.
• Color variations between digital screens and printed materials (minor differences are normal).

Reporting an Issue
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

2️⃣ Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
3️⃣ We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and offer a fair resolution — reprint, credit, or refund.

Return Shipping
If a return is necessary, we’ll provide instructions before you send any items back. Return shipping costs are covered only if the item is confirmed defective or damaged.

Processing Time
Approved refunds or replacements are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Florida Compliance
The Memory Mill Studio complies with Florida Statute §501.142 regarding refund disclosures. All sales are considered final unless defective, damaged, or not as described. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that custom items are made-to-order.
