Shipping Policy – The Memory Mill Studio
Order Processing
Most orders are handcrafted and ready to ship within 2–3 business days.
During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive email notifications at each stage of your order, including confirmation, fulfillment, and tracking details once your package ships.
If you don’t see an update in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folders — sometimes our messages land there.
If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us at thememorymillstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we’ll gladly update your details before it leaves our studio.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on your selected shipping speed and destination.
All orders include tracking numbers, which will be emailed automatically once your order ships.
If you order multiple magnet sets, kits, or products, they may ship in separate packages depending on size and availability.
All associated tracking numbers will be provided via email.

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We do not control carrier transit times once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you’d like to request a custom international order, please contact us before purchasing.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Check your mailbox, porch, or parcel locker.

Confirm with neighbors or your local post office.
If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist you in filing a claim or locating your shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery to thememorymillstudio@gmail.com— we’ll replace or reprint the affected item(s).
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we can reship it once the correct address and a new shipping fee are confirmed.
